E-City Card & Collectibles Show("we," "our," or "us") operates this website. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the site, create an account, apply as a vendor, or receive emails from us.
What we collect
- Vendor & admin accounts: email address, password (stored securely as a one-way hash), booth or display name, optional profile image URL, and optional first and last name where you provide them (for example when you accept an invite).
- Vendor interest applications: when you apply to vend at an event through our forms, we collect the information you submit—such as your name, email, phone number, table needs, product categories, whether you have vended with us before, and any additional details you choose to add.
- Technical data: our hosting providers may automatically log standard information (for example IP address, browser type, and request times) to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Run events, schedules, vendor lists, and exhibitor tools;
- Send service-related messages (for example password resets or account notices);
- Review vendor applications and communicate with you about your inquiry or booth;
- Improve reliability and security of the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't use your data for third-party advertising on this site.
Cookies & sessions
When you log in, we use session cookies (or similar technologies) to keep you signed in. These are necessary for the service to function. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you may need to sign in again afterward.
Where data is processed
The site and database are hosted with reputable cloud providers (for example Vercel for the application and a managed PostgreSQL provider for data). When we send transactional email such as password resets, a dedicated email provider may process the recipient address and message content solely to deliver that email. Our hosting provider may collect limited technical data when something goes wrong (for example application and server logs) so we can operate and secure the site—that typically includes error messages and request metadata, not the contents of forms you submit unless they appear inside an error message.
Retention
We keep account and application data as long as needed to run the shows you interact with, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you would like to request deletion of your personal information, use the contact information below; we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can request access to or correction of information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to delete your account or application data where applicable and not prohibited by law.
- You may unsubscribe from non-essential email by contacting us (transactional emails like password resets may still be sent when you trigger them).
Children
This site is intended for adult collectors, vendors, and event attendees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
